By booking with Captain Kid Tours, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a safe, fair, and unforgettable experience for everyone.
Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your tour.
Full payment is typically due before departure.
We accept major credit cards, cash, or digital payment services (where available).
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 72+ hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable (exceptions made for severe weather or emergencies).
In the event of dangerous conditions or mechanical issues, Captain Kid Tours reserves the right to reschedule or cancel excursions for safety reasons, with full refunds provided if necessary.
Safety & Conduct
All guests must follow safety instructions provided by our licensed captains and crew.
Life jackets must be worn during certain excursions.
Captain Kid Tours is not liable for personal injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
We reserve the right to end a tour without refund in cases of reckless, abusive, or dangerous behavior.
Wildlife Encounters
While we strive to create magical encounters with sea turtles, pigs, stingrays, and more, these are wild animals in their natural environment. Sightings are not 100% guaranteed, but we know all the best spots to maximize your chances.
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own belongings. We recommend waterproof bags and minimal valuables.
Media Use
By participating in a tour, you agree that any photos or videos taken by our team may be used for promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise).
